  • Since each Jayaska product is handcrafted, we only accept returns for damaged or defective items.
  • To initiate a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with product photos.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days after approval.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
