Refund & Return Policy

At Jayaska, every piece of jewelry is handmade with love and care.
We truly hope you’ll adore what you receive. However, since our products are handcrafted, slight variations are normal and part of their unique charm.
Still, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help! 💛

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
  • To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags or accessories.
  • Once approved, please ship the item back within 7 days.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Because each product is handmade and made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Custom-made or personalized designs
  • Minor color or texture variations (as they are part of the handmade process)

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • In some cases, a replacement or store credit may be offered instead of a refund (especially for limited-edition pieces).

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Please take clear photos of the product and packaging.
  2. Send them to us at support@jayaska.in or via WhatsApp.
  3. We’ll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service when returning products.
